Grapevine Texas!

Whoo hoo we just kicked off our show circuit for 2014 in Grapevine, Texas, at the lovely Gaylord Texan... such a gorgeous venue! Waterfalls, model train showcases, plants galore, cowboy boots, yummy frito pie and oh so much more! Texas was definitely a fun place to visit! Such gracious people and we met so many lovely crafters and added more Jouneytistas to our family!

Here's what it looked like when we arrived on the showroom floor ... a billion boxes to open and unpack and set-up! Thankfully we had an awesome crew: Spellbinders Designer~ Janice Aileen Whiting, new Designer Michelle Ridge, Lynn Leusch from Journey Blooms, David Alexander~ Sales Spellbinders, and Richard & Gabby Garay founders of Journey Blooms. Plus me!

We had lots of laughs along the way including a mishap with our rental car... Richard looked like he was driving a low rider ... too, too funny! We were laughing hysterically for like 3o minutes! Poor David had to wake-up and order a new van... which didn't arrive until like 1:30 in the wee hours of the morning!
We love taking selfies... and look at those bare walls in the back ground! So much work to do for the first show of the year!

Lots of Spellbinders and Journey Blooms product going up on the pegs! Below is a picture of one of the model trains they had going through ... such a cool place.

Richard put up a bunch of samples to show off Fun Stampers Journey product and Spellbinders product... lots of inspiration! What's cool is people are always welcome to take pictures in our booth!

We had Janice Whiting, one of  Spellbinders designers showcasing the expandable dies... pretty cool to learn how to make a whole page out of these dies, like the lattice die! It's always cool to have a designer in the booth. People love meeting the designers and learning new tricks from them.

We also taught two classes each day of the show!  A four card class and a mixed media journal, both were big hits! Richard shared about Journey Blooms and the Journey Coach opportunity that will be launching in June! Whoo hoo look for a virtual launch party to happen! Sign-up for my blog or for the Journey Blooms newsletter to keep up on all the Launch Party information!

I wanted to share our new logo with you... I think it's pretty awesome!  Journey Blooms is the parent company of Fun Stampers Journey! It is a collection and in the future we will have more collections like a home decor collection, a jewelery collection, a food collection... lots of opportunities for our Journey Coaches!
Thanks for checking my blog out… Now go create something fun
